Please check your email for instructions on how you can place your order.
If you cannot find the email from us, please check your junk/spam. If it’s not there, contact your group’s organiser or a friend in your group. They can forward you the email. This email is the same for every person in your group.
Some common questions are answered below (FAQs).
The primary contact from your organisation sent us through a list of emails prior to the commencement of online ordering. We sent the instructions to the emails provided to us.
If you are a school student or teacher, this will be your school email (e.g. john.smith@education.nsw.gov.au). If you are an organisation, it will be your organisation email (e.g john.smith@mycompany.com.au). Others should contact the person organising their group’s order for the email used.
Yes.
The purpose of the instructions email from us is to notify you that Online Ordering for your group is now open. It supplies you with the link(s) to the webpages of your group’s garment(s), and the deadline Online Ordering closes for your group. How you get this info doesn’t really matter.
So long as you have your group’s product link(s) you can view and then purchase your group’s garment(s). If someone from your group shares the link(s) with you, you’re good to go. The link(s) is the same for every group member.
The link to your group’s garment(s) will look something like: order.ekwear.com.au/p/sjkghk7853kjaiuy
All links will feature ‘order.ekwear.com.au/p/’ at the start, followed by a randomised combination of letters and numbers (as you can see above).
All instructions from the email are repeated on your garment’s webpage, so if you don’t get this email but have the link(s) to your group’s garment(s) you’re not missing out on anything!
All orders will be delivered to your organisation’s nominated address. Please put your residential address for billing and invoicing purposes. The address you input on checkout is not for shipping.
Things to check – did you:
- input your debit/credit card details on checkout, press the ‘place order’ button and then get instant confirmation that your order has been received via landing on the ‘Order Received’ confirmation page
- receive a receipt email from us (within 15 mins of placing your order)
- receive an account email from us (within 15 mins of placing your order)
- review your orders in your account (see #3 above)
- see a payment made to Ekwear in your online statement or notification from your credit/debit card provider
Any of the above indicates you successfully placed your order.
When you successfully place your order you will get instant confirmation via landing on the Order Received page. This will have your order number and confirm exactly what you have ordered – nothing more and nothing less. If any changes are needed to what you see just let us know.
Upon successfully placing your order on our website you’ll get an automatically generated receipt email (proof of purchase). Please check your junk and spam folders if this receipt email does not come in after 15 minutes. If it still hasn’t arrived by then let us know and we’ll look into it for you.
When you make your first order on our website an account is automatically created for you. It is linked to the email you list in your billing details on checkout. You can log in to your account to check your orders at any time. If there are no orders in your account you have not successfully placed any orders with us – you have not been charged by us nor placed any orders for any garment. Orders show in your account within 5 minutes of a successful purchase.
Other ways to confirm your transaction are checking your credit/debit card app or live online statement. If your order has been received and processed by us you will see a transaction to ‘Ekwear’. When this shows on your online statement will depend on your credit/debit card provider. You could also check with your provider directly if you are concerned about any potential erroneous charges made.
If you don’t have any of the things listed above you can safely assume no transaction has been made and you have not completed any order successfully yet. If you get to this stage and don’t have any confirmation of your order we’re confident your order has not been successfully placed yet. If you want to purchase your garment(s) you will need to do so before your group’s Online Ordering purchase window closes.
Yes.
Login to My Account, go to your Orders, then click Edit Order on the order you would like to modify. You will then receive further instructions from there.
